PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Bay Mills Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 2, 2021 at 7:00 PM at 14740 W. Lakeshore Drive, Brimley, MI 49715.

This notice is required to be mailed to all residents within 300ft of property number 004-112-005-00, located at 12779 W. Lakeshore Drive, Brimley, MI 49715. A special use application has been submitted by Scott Laursen & Eva Stapleton to change this classification from residential property to a nonconforming property. This special use application is for the purpose of building a seasonal retail business.
