NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Accuracy Test for the May 5th 2026 Special Election has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 5:30pm in the Bay Mills Township Hall, 14740 W. Lakeshore Drive, Brimley, Michigan.
The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate that the program and computer that will be used to tabulate the results of the election, counts the votes in the manner prescribed by law.
