All parties/groups using the hall must follow the rules stated below:

  1. The kitchen must be cleaned before leaving
  2. The garbage must be bagged and left in the kitchen (trash bags are available).
  3. The tables and chairs must be put back where they are stored.
  4. The floor must be swept (broom/dustpan by restrooms).
  5. The thermostat must be turned back to 60 degrees.
  6. Lock all doors upon exiting the premises.

If the party / group is requesting the use of alcohol, they will be responsible to pay and provide insurance coverage.

All parties must sign a lease agreement.
